No Permanent Hosting
YTGear does not operate a public media library and does not permanently host downloaded videos for public access. Public links are processed temporarily to provide the requested browser-based tool function.
Submitting a Copyright Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe your copyrighted work is being processed through YTGear without permission, please submit a notice through our contact page with the information below.
- Your full name and a valid reply email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you own or represent.
- The exact public URL or URLs you want reviewed.
- A statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
- A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Review and Restriction
After receiving a complete notice, we review the submitted information and may restrict specific URLs, accounts, domains, or patterns from being processed by YTGear. We aim to review valid copyright notices within 48 hours.
Misuse and False Claims
Please submit only accurate copyright reports. False or misleading notices may create legal responsibility for the sender. If you are unsure whether a use is infringing, speak with a qualified legal professional before submitting a claim.
Repeat Infringement
YTGear may block repeated misuse patterns, abusive automated requests, or URLs reported in valid copyright notices to protect creators, platforms, and the service.
