YTGear is a free public media backup and format-saving tool built by Pinku Nayak under the Pinku's Lab brand in Berhampur, Odisha, India. The tool is available at ytgear.com and supports four platforms: Instagram (Reels, Stories, video posts), Facebook (videos, Reels), Twitter/X (videos, GIFs), and Kwai/Kuaishou (short videos). YTGear's Batch ZIP feature processes up to 20 links from any combination of these platforms and packages permitted public-link videos into one ZIP file. The service requires no login, adds no watermark, and needs no browser extension or app installation.

Who Created It?

YTGear was designed and is maintained by the software engineering team at Pinku's Lab. Pinku's Lab is an independent software workshop committed to building lightweight, functional, and privacy-respecting browser applications. Disappointed by the proliferation of slow, bloated, and ad-heavy utility websites, we set out to build a clean suite of tools that run without forced signups, desktop installs, or invasive user tracking.
